ORDERING, DELIVERY COST AND DISPATCH

 

To ensure our products get to you in excellent condition, we pack orders in temperature controlled conditions. We do not want to hide delivery costs in our product prices. Our delivery costs are based on order value:

 

FREE DELIVERY on orders over £35.00.

£9.95 for orders under £35.00.

WE CAN ONLY DELIVER TO MAINLAND UK

 

We use an overnight courier service (Fedex) to mainland UK only.

 

We are a small business and to save any waste and ensure all customers receive fresh products,we make everything to order in small batches on a weekly schedule. Orders need to be received by Monday 12 noon. They will be sent out on a Wednesday afternoon and delivered to you on Thursday between 8am and 6pm.

 

SIGNED FOR

 

Our courier will require a signature on receipt of goods. If you aren’t in, we can deliver to a neighbour, friend or workplace, so a signature can be obtained. Please ensure you select a different delivery address at checkout.

 

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

 

If you would prefer to have your order delivered to a safe place, without a signature being required, then please state this in ‘delivery instructions’ at the checkout, along with where you would like it to be left. If you do choose this option, Purely Pesto nor Fedex is responsible for the parcel should it be lost, stolen or misplaced, following delivery, as there is no proof of delivery.

 

CORRECT DETAILS

 

Please ensure you provide us with a full delivery address, email and mobile number. (This is a courier requirement). If our courier is unable to deliver due to insufficient address details, the order will be returned to us and the products unsellable; in this instance we cannot therefore issue a refund or replacement order.

 

 

RECEIPT OF GOODS

 

Please ensure on receipt of your order. That it is stored correctly. It needs to be transferred to a fridge immediately, to maintain the products’ freshness.  Depending on your choice of product, the shelf life on delivery to your door is as follows:

 

All Pesto: 3 weeks

All Hummus: 6 days

All Soups: 6 days

All Olives: 3 weeks

Guacamole: 4 days

Horseradish Creme Friaiche: 2 weeks

Couscous with sundried tomatoes and fresh herbs: 6 days

Tapenade: 3 weeks

Taramasalata: 10 days

Scotch Bonnet Chilli sauce: 1 year

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

We have attached to every product image page a copy of the reverse of our packaging which contains all allergen information and nutritional details. If you have any allergies please ensure you check these boxes before you buy. Our products are made in a production area that handles nuts.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately via email at info.purelypesto@gmail.com. Please do not return goods until you have spoken to us. We will only refund to the account used at payment.

 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

 

We really hope you are fully satisfied with your products. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or the order incomplete, you should accept delivery and contact us via email immediately at info.purelypesto@gmail.com.
