BANGERS, BAKED SPUD AND GUACAMOLE
A super easy, yet super tasty supper. The guacamole is a fantastic filling for the jacked potato!
1 pot of Purely Guacamole
6 pork sausages
2 large potatoes
olive oil (drizzle)
salt and pepper to taste
Turn the oven on to 180oC
Score the potatoes.
If you have a microwave pop the potatoes in for 5 minutes each to soften. If you don’t then pop them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle some salt on top. Place in oven for 55 minutes.
Once the potatoes have had 55 mins, put the sausages on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil. move the potatoes down a shelf and pop the sausages on the top shelf for 30-35 mins.
If you have microwaved your potatoes, put them in at the same time as the sausages on the same tray. (Drizzle the potatoes with oil and season).
Once the sausages and potatoes are golden. Serve immediately with a generous helping of Purely Guacamole.
