“We make a lovely tuna steak with Pesto crust - very simple. Just take a fresh tuna steak, pat dry and spread with any of your pestos - all delicious, and fry in very hot pan until the pesto forms a crispy coat. Tuna is never overcooked. Serve with green salad or whatever you fancy - yummy”
